By combining all three together it helps to increase the already high success rate of using hypnosis on it's own, and all this is achieved in less than 30 minutes.

A CD is also provided at the end of the session to help reinforce all the positive suggestions given while under hypnosis.

It is also designed to aid further relaxation, and to avoid putting on excess weight (symptom substitution).

All smokers perceive different benefits from smoking e.g. relaxation, concentration, relief from boredom, etc.

If you only knew the substances that were in cigarettes it would certainly open your eyes as to the harm you could be doing to yourself.
